Quotes and services
Online quote requests are requests for information and do not create a service agreement or guarantee price, timing, availability, or acceptance. Photos and descriptions help us evaluate the work, but final pricing may depend on the actual volume, weight, materials, access, labor, and conditions observed by our crew.
Any final service scope, pricing, payment, cancellation, or other job-specific terms provided directly by Island Boys control for that service. You are responsible for providing accurate information and confirming that you have authority to request removal of the identified items from the property.

Customer quote messages
If you select “Text me,” provide your mobile number, and check the separate consent box, you agree to receive non-marketing messages from Island Boys about your quote, scheduling, arrival or service updates, and related customer care.
Internal notifications
Authorized team members or dispatchers may separately opt into operational messages about new quote requests, assignments, status changes, and service coordination. This internal program is not used for marketing.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on quote and work activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We may send one final opt-out confirmation; then no further messages will be sent under that consent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your carrier or device and is not guaranteed. Our handling of mobile information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
