Information we collect

- Quote and service details: the items to remove, property and access details, desired timing, notes, and photos you choose to upload.

- Technical and security data: browser and device information, anti-abuse challenge results, an IP address processed to create a protected rate-limit identifier, and quote-attempt information stored temporarily in your browser session.

Mobile privacy
Your number is not a marketing lead.
If you select “Text me” and check the consent box in our quote form, Island Boys may send non-marketing messages about your quote, scheduling, arrival or service updates, and related customer care. We also use a separate internal messaging program for operational notifications to authorized dispatchers who have agreed to receive them.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be processed by communications and infrastructure providers acting only on our behalf to deliver messages, maintain security, and support the program. They may not use that information for their own marketing.

Retention
Incomplete quote records and associated uploads are scheduled for deletion after approximately 24 hours. Submitted quote information—including contact details, service information, consent status, and uploaded photos—may be retained for up to two years to respond to and fulfill the request, maintain business records, and resolve disputes.
The separate internal dispatcher number is maintained only in secure operational configuration while it is needed for internal notifications. We may retain limited consent, delivery, and opt-out records for as long as required to meet legal and messaging-compliance obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Quote photos are uploaded to private storage through time-limited upload access. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting the Island Boys team through the contact method provided with your quote. Legal or operational requirements may limit some requests.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. We may send one final confirmation and will not send further messages under that consent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance.
Children’s privacy
Our site and services are intended for adults seeking junk removal services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy changes
We may update this Policy periodically. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date when changes are made.
